I was recently invited to the Metro Fest: Vendor Fair in Seattle. The event features real estate vendors from around the Seattle area. It connecta real estate brokers—mostly from Metropolist (hence the name Metro Fest) and Compass—with local vendors inside Metropolist’s beautiful space in SoDo.
I was the video production and content creation vendor at the event. There were also stagers, designers, home inspectors, and more. As part of my Metro Fest: Vendor Fair booth, I handed out tips to ‘Master iPhone Video for Real Estate‘. I also revealed tools I use to create iPhone videos, including the Insta360 Flow and RØDE Wireless Go II microphone (these are both affiliate links). Video is the king of real estate content, and I know real estate brokers are always looking for ways to better their social media game.
My featured giveaway for the Metro Fest: Vendor Fair was a free property listing video. While property listing videos are part of what we do, many of my conversations were geared toward storytelling videos—like broker introduction videos, client testimonials, and different styles of real estate videos for social media. It was refreshing to hear real estate brokers looking to break out of the mold!

I met incredible real estate brokers, but I got just as much value from meeting and reconnecting with many of the vendors. There is value for everyone at the Metro Fest: Vendor Fair. I especially enjoyed seeing the real estate professionals connecting on a personal level. I often work with real estate brokers in a silo so it was fun to see friendship and community.
